HVAC Improvements
Northview High School - Toledo, Ohio
IPS Installed a new mechanical room and renovated the existing HVAC system; equipment included (2) 200-hp boilers, (2) 400-ton chillers, (4) outdoor air handling units, (3) indoor air handling units, (50) unit ventilators, and (8) end suction pumps. Removal of existing chillers, cooling towers, steam boilers, air handling units, unit ventilators, and the network of tunnel piping while school was in session. The scope included:
- New hot water heating boiler to serve the new HVAC equipment throughout the whole school.
- Boiler supply and return piping and circulation pump.
- New chilled water and heating water distribution.
- General Contracting delivery method
