IPS was selected as the design builder to completely remodel this retail/furniture gallery store in Ann Arbor, as well as stores in Wisconsin, Ohio, Kansas, Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire. Each store is 20,000+ SF and will take 12 weeks to complete. Work included demolition and renovations within the existing showroom. The stores remained open for business during construction so it was pertinent to work with the La-Z-Boy team to limit disruptions. Renovation areas include offices, customer service area, stock room, showroom, breakroom, restrooms, and parking lot.

Before construction started, the existing building (former Joe’s Crab Shack) had to be demolished and the site had to be cleared for the new La-Z-Boy storefront!
