IPS was chosen as the Design Builder for a 6,000 SF administration/maintenance building for Interstate Chemical in Oregon, Ohio. The facility consists of a pull through trucking bay which allows the facility operations to off load equipment that will be maintained in the building. The building includes a 600 SF mezzanine area for storage of parts and tools.

The design also includes access and egress to and from the facility. The building was a pre-engineered metal building which was delivered to the site for immediate erection on a time critical schedule to meet the commercial operation date for the facility.
