New Process Equipment Lines
Fenner Dunlop - Port Clinton, Ohio
As one of the world’s leader in conveyor belting manufacturing with one of the most comprehensive range of conveyor systems for many industries and applications, Fenner Dunlop was in need of new process equipment lines.
IPS was chosen to set, align, and install five process equipment lines; calendar line, steel cord press line, fabric belt press line, inspection line, and laminating line. Provisions were made for the process piping runs to be integrated within the building and the electrical runs had to be embedded within the concrete pour. IPS was also responsible for the installation of all electrical work in the new building. Planning and pre-work was completed prior to the substation retrofit, which took place during a 72-hour shutdown during the holidays. IPS worked around the clock to ensure the substation was back in operation a full day earlier than required.
