Bowling Green State University was established in 1910 as a teacher-training institution. Bowling Green State University has grown in faculty staff to over 900 and 20,000 students.
IPS was the General Contractor for construction of a new central chiller plant that supplies chilled water to the Moore Musical, Student Health Center, Fine Arts and Wolfe Center. BGSU was able to remove chillers in Moore Music, Student Health Center and Fine Arts and use a more energy efficient means of supplying chilled water to these locations. IPS was issued a turnkey contract for all general trades, mechanical and electrical construction. The project included installation of cooling tower chillers, pumps and controls.
