For the construction of their new Methanol and Sodium Methylate facility in Oregon, Ohio, IPS was the lead on-site contractor for all elements of installation and commissioning. Peaking at over 100 tradesmen, the IPS team directly performed all pipefitting, electrical, millwrighting, ironwork, boilermaking, and carpentry work on site.
IPS thoroughly documented all lessons learned on this project to increase value and efficiencies in the future construction phases.
Due to the multitude of trades under IPS direction, IPS utilized two on-site full time Project Managers, as well as project engineers, superintendents, multiple safety specialists, and CWI/Quality Control leads. To ensure project success for our client, IPS successfully coordinated site logistics, scheduling, critical equipment delivery, and manpower management.
