How We Deliver
Relies on a single point of contact and responsibility which minimizes risks for the Owner and usually reduces the delivery schedule by overlapping the design and construction phase on the project.

Johnson Controls - Chemset Expansion

Construction Manager at risk
Provides the Owner with effective management of the project's schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope, and overall delivery. Oversight starts from the planning and preconstruction phase all the way through construction and project turnover.
With the engineering, procurement, and construction delivery method, the contractor is obliged to deliver a fully commissioned facility back to the Owner. The risk is transferred to the contractor with a single point of responsibility for a guaranteed price.
Brightmark - Plastics To Fuel Plant
Since fall 2018, IPS has been partnering with California based company, Brightmark, to engineer, procure, and manage the construction of the $260 million, 40-acre investment including a 120,000 SF facility.

Interstate Chemical - Methanol Production Facility
For the construction of their new methanol and sodium methylate facility, IPS was the lead contractor for all elements of installation and commissioning. Peaking at over 100 tradesmen, the IPS team self-performed pipefitting, electrical, millwrights, ironwork, boilermakers, and carpentry.
Setting us apart from other firms is our ability to self-perform. This allows us to control both project quality and costs without having to rely on outside subcontractors. Even on projects where we do not self-perform, having knowledge of the market and trades will benefit the costs, schedule, and overall project quality.
24/7 emergency service, preventative maintenance, and routine repairs – our service technicians can handle any of your facilities needs.
