Pro-Tec - Administration Building

IPS was chosen as the design-build contractor for the new 9,061 square-foot administration building. This will be an addition to the existing 499,900 manufacturing facility.

BGSU - Central Chiller Plant

construction of a new central chiller plant that supplies chilled water to the Moore Musical, Student Health Center, Fine Arts and Wolfe Center.

Apex/Montauk Energy - RNG Landfill facility

IPS was selected to be the Construction Manager at Risk for the installation of a RNG Landfill facility in a very remote area of East-Central, Ohio 60 miles east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

BGSU - Technology Building Infrastructure

Our team’s main focus was the installation of additional underground chilled water piping to connect the north end of campus to the existing centralized chiller plants on the south side of campus.

Brightmark - Plastics To Fuel Plant

Since fall 2018, IPS has been partnering with California based company, Brightmark, to engineer, procure, and manage the construction of the $260 million, 40-acre investment including a 120,000 SF facility.

Collins Park - Solar Field

IPS built and owns the 1 MW solar array located at Collins Park Water Treatment Plant. 100% of the power produced from the solar park is sold to the water treatment facility.

Brightmark - Renewable Natural Gas

IPS was selected as Brightmark’s EPC Partner for the digester/gas upgrade projects at eleven dairy farm locations

North Star - Project aristotle

IPS was awarded multiple packages in support of the $700 million Melt Shop investment that will increase the annual production of steel by 950,000 metric tons (increasing the capacity by 40%).

Interstate Chemical - Methanol Production Facility

For the construction of their new methanol and sodium methylate facility, IPS was the lead contractor for all elements of installation and commissioning. Peaking at over 100 tradesmen, the IPS team self-performed pipefitting, electrical, millwrights, ironwork, boilermakers, and carpentry.

BerQ - Swine Manure to RNG

The IPS team will be self-performing concrete placement, equipment setting, piping, and electrical scopes of work.

IPS - Ford Building

The former Ford Club in downtown Rossford is once again alive and well and looking better than the 100-year-old building has looked in its history.

NSG Pilkington - Furnace Rebuild

Pilkington announced their plans to rebuild their 6F1 and 6F3 furnaces at the Rossford plant. The rebuilt furnaces manufacture flat glass to be used in building products such as decorative glass, low-e glass and self-cleaning glass, and in automotive glass (laminated and tempered).

Northview High Schol - HVAC Improvements

PS Installed a new mechanical room and renovated the existing HVAC system; equipment included (2) 200-hp boilers, (2) 400-ton chillers, (4) outdoor air handling units, (3) indoor air handling units, (50) unit ventilators, and (8) end suction pumps. Removal of existing chillers, cooling towers, steam boilers, air handling units, unit ventilators, and the network of tunnel piping while school was in session. The scope included:
