American Honda Motor Company, Inc. built a new assembly plant operations include: stamping, welding, painting, plastic injection molding sub and final assembly, testing and quality assurance. An integral part of the process is an industrial waste treatment plant that holds, treats and recycles various liquid waste streams in the manufacturing process.
As the General Contractor, IPS was responsible for all facets of the project from excavating and pouring concrete to the architectural work such as; block, preinsulated siding, roofing and painting. Included was fabrication and steel erection, furnish and install exterior batch tanks with mezzanine steel and mixers, furnish and install process equipment such as; settlers, filter press, chemical tanks, pumps and polymer systems. With this turn- key project IPS executed all of the electrical, HVAC, controls, and equipment installation.
