IPS was chosen to add an 8,432 square-foot addition onto Asama’s existing 236,980 square-foot manufacturing facility. This new addition will be a storage warehouse in close proximity for the sand cores used to make break rotors. The Coldwater location manufacturers automotive break components for Honda vehicles.

Our team was responsible for excavation, concrete footers and slabs, erection of the pre-engineered building, HVAC, lighting, and new truck docks. The pre-engineered building was designed to house a future cooling water system.
